Under the general direction of the Senior Vice President for Strategic Integration, the Project Manager (PM) will be the lead manager of the implementation of Centura’s Accountable Care Organization and related initiatives. ACO development is also a major initiative of Catholic Health Initiatives (CHI), the parent company of Centura. CHI has contracted with a consulting firm to support ACO implementation in Denver and other markets. The PM will partner with the lead consultant for the Centura implementation.

The PM will develop and implement an overall project plan for the ACO implementation, including these components:

  • Project management structure

  • Task forces’ implementation plans

  • Work team project plans

The PM will work closely with the various taskforces and work teams to facilitate all aspects of project design, planning, and execution for the ACO implementation. The PM will communicate with key stakeholders as necessary regarding status and deliverables within the project plan.

education requirements

  • Graduate business/healthcare degree or related experience

  • Project Management course work and/or certification highly desirable

work experience requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years experience in healthcare

  • Major project management experience with a health system

License/certifications

  • PMP desirable
