Position is responsible for coordinating and directing all aspects of fundraising for the entity foundation in conjunction with Rocky Mountain Adventist Health Foundation organizational goals and objectives. Annual goal is facility-specific and determined by hospital and foundation leadership. Major role in first year is comprehensive campaign preparations and launch, and growing new clinician referral program.
Minimum Experience Requirements
5 years of related experience which may include sales, business development, nonprofit leadership, and/or public or community relations.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

DONOR IDENTIFICATION AND STEWARDSHIP
In conjunction with the RMAHF President, RMAHF team members, local foundation board of directors and in coordination with the identified priorities of the hospital leadership, oversees the design and implementation of all fundraising and development plans for the entity foundation.*
Invests 75% of work time to develop and manage a portfolio of major donors and major gift prospects. *
Develops and maintains a cultivation and solicitation strategy for each of the above donors in order to build meaningful personal relationships with those persons. *
BOARD MEMBER IDENTIFICATION AND CULTIVATION
Staffs and serves the facility foundation board including its executive committee. Supports the Chair in engaging organization in strategic fundraising activities and provides reports and meeting facilitation to the board as requested or scheduled. *
Recruits, motivates and engages board members in giving. Trains and learns from board members and volunteers in successful fundraising. *
FACILITY LEADERSHIP ENGAGEMENT AND FACILITY INTEGRATION
Develops and maintains a strategy of continual and ongoing integration of fundraising initiatives with the strategic plans of the hospital working closely with the CEO and other key leadership positions. *
Oversees all Restricted Fund management of donations. *
Serves on the RMAHF leadership group and participates in the development of all shared policies and procedures, budgets and fundraising. *
Works directly with the other RMAHF departments to fulfill Local Foundation as well as RMAHF goals and objectives, including finance, data, events, planned giving, grant writing and operations. *
Maintains useful, organized records to support the orderly process of donor/prospect cultivation and solicitation.*
