Under minimal supervision, this position supports the IT Training Program, including coordination of curriculum
maintenance, all training activities, and curation of the IT training library. The position plays a pivotal role in business
relations regarding training activities and issues management.
_Minimum Experience Requirements_
1-3 years of experience working with multiple deadlines and multiple priorities across a variety of projects with diverse populations; experience providing complex, confidential support in an Information Systems or Healthcare environment, preferred.
Experience and knowledge of project management fundamentals.
Strong problem solving, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
Strong computer skills including all Microsoft Office applications
Ability to build collaborative relationships.
Ability to meet deadlines.
Experience with instructional design and curriculum delivery, preferred
HS or GED Required
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in related field, preferred
_Job Responsibilities (essential functions identified with a * )_
Serves as the controlled documents librarian, including web based learned modules curriculum documents, decision matrices, agendas and minutes, reviews and catalogues. *
Learning Management System Administrator, ensuring that each trainee receives all required training. Ensure accuracy of LMS job code mapping to required courses. *
Facilitates regular and ad hoc reviews and updates of curriculum based on user assessment, software changes and other factors. *
Assesses employees for training needs, maintains records of training activities, monitors program effectiveness, and recommends improvements. *
Manages Microsoft SharePoint, Teams, Planner, and Project to facilitate group work and support governance of the curriculum. *
Interacts with our customer daily to ensure prompt and correct assignment of required training, assist with troubleshooting, and guide through the training process. *
Serves as liaison with HR to maintain the library of courses assignments by role. *
Supports the use of a web based learning authoring tool. *
Tracks and reports on employee participation or assessment results. *
May be responsible for maintaining and assisting other on the use of a Learning Management System (LMS)*
Identify and execute improvements to projects, processes, documentation*
