This position is located in Atwood, Kansas as an affiliate critical access hospital under Centura Health.
Responsible for providing overall leadership for Centura Health managed hospital and its related organizations, with the objective to carry out strategies for the delivery of patient care and other matters as defined by the governing board of the managed hospital, the management contract, and Centura Health.
This position will initially be focused on the full-time CEO role at Rawlins County Health Center in Atwood, but will provide the opportunity for an expanded role as the regional CEO of the Centura Rural Health Network in NW Kansas. The regional CEO will be responsible for leadership and oversight of a rural health network of multiple Critical Access Hospitals, clinics, and related facilities working collaboratively to build a coordinated system of care.

Bachelor's degree in health care administration or related field.

Bob Wilson Memorial Grant Hospital is a 26-bed facility serving the community since 1951 with a comprehensive range of inpatient and outpatient services including: Case management, CT Scan, Diabetic Education, Dietary Consult, EEG/EKG, Emergency Care, Laboratory, Magnetic Resonance Imaging, Mammography, Nuclear Medicine, Obstetrics (prenatal, postpartum, delivery), Primary and Specialty Clinic, Physical Therapy, Radiology, Respiratory Therapy, Surgery, swing beds and ultrasound.
