To provide for the personal care needs of our clients. To promote and maintain a safe and clear environment for the clients and to serve all clients within the departmental, legal and regulatory guidelines. Requires the employee to demonstrate competency in the direct or indirect provision of individualized care of patients based on the patients assessed age and developmental needs.
What You Bring/Job Requirements
In addition to bringing your whole self to the workplace each day, qualified candidates will need the following:
• 6 months of CNA experience preferred• High School diploma/GED or equivalent work experience (3 yrs +)• Current Colorado Certified Nurse Aide (C.N.A.)• Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) required• Basic Life Support (BLS) from American Heart Association required for facilities with an Automated External Defibrillator (AED) preferred for facilities without an AED.
Physical Requirements - Medium Work - (Exert up to 50lbs force occasionally, and/or up to 20lbs frequently, and/or up to 10lbs constantly)
